LP12 Spotlight
Where appropriate and legal we have a spotlight for the identification of the deer and ability to verify its status.
The Matrice 30T is equipped with an integrated thermal camera w/ 200x zoom. It can fly in rain and snow; gusting winds up to 50mph. When combined with a spotlight, it is very capable for night-time recoveries.
Pulsar’s XQ35 binoculars are some of the best ground based thermal optics with a 384×288 thermal sensor and super high sensitivity make them some of the best in the industry.

How does drone deer recovery work?
You contact us when you need help finding your deer. We will come to your location, using the drone to search for your deer and when appropriate give you the location of where the carcass is located.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all 3 counties of Delaware and parts of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. If you aren’t sure give us a call, we can see if we can help!
How long does it usually take to find my deer?
Locating your deer can be quick once the drone is in the air and searching, but that isn’t every case. Deer can be quite unpredictable and hard to find! We carry equipment to keep us flying for quite some time. We want to find the deer as much as you!
What if you don’t find my deer?
We will work hard to locate the animal and want to find the deer as much as you do! Sometimes that isn’t possible, in that case we will waive the $50 finders fee and can provide you with information on where we searched.
What hours do your work?
We are available for calls and texts 24 hours a day. Thermal drone technology works best when there is no direct sunlight. Night time is our preferred time to search. Searches can be made during the day, but that is weather dependent. Give us a call and we will be glad to talk through what is best.
Is drone deer recovery legal in Delaware and Maryland?
Yes, drone deer recovery is legal in Delaware and Maryland. In Delaware public lands are not legal, give us a call and we will be willing to see how we can help.
Drone vs Dogs?
They are both amazing tools and we love dogs! Drones have some advantages when used correctly, mainly after the deer has been tracked on foot by human. Dogs do a great job and we encourage all hunters to recover their deer no matter what tool or aid they use.
What limitations are there?
We will operate using Part 107 rules and regulations. This may include weather minimums, air space limitations and regulations, and some municipal regulations, however we are skilled at making these as least impactful to your recovery as possible.
